Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you enjoyed your experience at Makettles. Please note that we do not offer refunds fi you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Instead, you may choose from an exchange or a credit note provided you have met the returns criteria listed below.

Please note that all returns for exchange or credit must meet the following requirements:

• The item/s are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
• The item/s must be unworn and in original condition
• The item/s must have the original labels/ticket attached
• The item/s are not washed, soiled, used or damaged
• The item/s must not have any marks or stains/makeup/fake tan
• The item/s must not smell of perfume, deodorant, detergent or body odour
• For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewellery
• Sale/clearance item/s of any kind will not be accepted for change of mind.
